Four steps, with our people beside you for all of them. Here's exactly what happens after you reach out.
It takes about two minutes. Who you are, what you'd hand off first, and what you've been wondering about AI. A real person reads it and gets back to you within a business day with where we think it fits. No commitment, and no string of discovery calls.
you: “chasing invoices and confirming appointments, mostly”
We get on a short call, learn how the work actually happens, and pick a first win together, something visible that repeats every week and is worth fixing. Then we pick the right AI for that job, rather than starting with a tool and looking for something to do with it.
us: “start with the invoices. your office keeps ChatGPT, the follow-ups get an agent.”
We set up the logins, the guardrails, the tools, and whatever AI fits the job. You approve every permission. Then we come to your office, show your team how to ask for what they need, and stay close until it's a habit.
your foreman: “ok that's actually easy”
Each week we go over what worked, fix what's off, and bring you one thing that changed in AI along with where it fits in your business. You stay in control of every permission the whole way.
us: “quotes are going out same-day now. next up: the books?”
Partner plans come in three sizes, depending on how much of your business we're running for you. Your AI spend sits on top of that and only goes up with what you actually use: how much AI you run, how many people are on it, what we host, and how far back we keep your history. Custom builds are bid per project. We put the first bid together with you on the call, before anything gets built, and the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Every partnership includes
Everything we set up runs on machines we run for you, and nothing is shared with other businesses. Every tool connection is a separate permission you grant, and you can pull any of them back whenever you want.
No. If you can send a text message, you can use everything we set up. You ask for things in plain English, we handle the wiring, and we show your team how to get the most out of it.
No. Plenty of our partners start with the AI they already have and some better habits around it. An agent makes sense once there's enough repeating work to justify one, and we'll tell you when you're there.
Sensitive abilities are split on purpose. Reading email and sending it are different permissions, and the AI asks before acting when it should. Our people watch how it's doing and review it with you, and you can always see exactly what it did.
The first week. We deliberately start with a layup, one visible, repeating piece of work, so it proves itself before it expands.
Gmail and Outlook, Google Calendar and Sheets, QuickBooks, and your website today, with more arriving steadily. If the tool you need isn't supported yet, we'll tell you before you commit, not after.
