Help small businesses win with AI.

Layups builds, deploys, and manages custom AI agents for small and mid-size businesses. We help owners find bottlenecks, remove wasted work, train their teams, and keep improving systems after launch.

The Layups trio

The client experience works best when three roles move together: account ownership, customer success, and implementation engineering. Sales finds the opportunity, success makes adoption real, and engineering makes the promise work.

  • Sales: finds right-fit clients and owns the relationship.
  • Customer success: turns the sale into adoption and retention.
  • Engineering: builds, integrates, and stabilizes the agents.
